Just a quick reminder that Room 24 will be heading down to Mindlab tomorrow, leaving school just after interval at 11:00am. We have planned to Bike/Scooter there to add to the adventure and also save our legs! All students should have a packed lunch, drink bottle and comfortable shoes. We will return to school by 2:50pm.

The good new is we have a couple of people that may be able to help with transport, the bad new is we still don't have enough.
Please whanau if you think you can help out please let me know asap otherwise there is a camp meeting for all Parent helpers tomorrow night starting at 5.15pm in Room 22. Below is all you need to know about camp, please let me know if you have any questions.
Ka mau te wehi Paige Tamatea, Hayley Ahu & Vaelyhn Maurirere who were amazing leaders on stage at our weekly Kapa Haka session on Friday. They performed with so much passion & pride, Turanganui & Room 24 were super proud!
On Wednesday we are heading off to Mindlab to learn about Digital Story Telling. The plan is for everyone to scooter or bike down using the cycle way. I will discuss this tomorrow with the students.
All of the the information we learnt at the Museum about Our Place and on our Historical Hikoi around Gisborne will be retold through this medium. Once the students have mastered it they will upload their work onto their blogs. Watch this space...
This Friday we have our Syndicate Triathlon starting at around 11.00am. Our expectation is for every child to have a go either in a team, as an individual or for those who love a challenge, to do both. We would love to see you down there supporting you child
Finally thank you to those of you who have supported our Donut fundraiser where for every one sold $1 is made. The money will all go back to the students in our syndicate for things such as Mindlab trips and other school activities. All orders & money need to be in by 9am tomorrow morning
