Week 10

Wow, where has the term gone?  Can you believe that your child is half way through their first year at GISINT? We are continuously encouraging each and every student to make the most of their time at GISINT as before you know it they will be at high school.  We have nearly 100 opportunities outside of the classroom to offer our students.  Have a discussion with your child and asked them 'What have you tried or signed up for this year?  


Congratulations to Tobias, Caleb & Alishia who have been putting in an outstanding effort with their mathletics and are currently on the class leaderboard with each of them having gained at least 1 silver certificate.  Tobias has gone one step further by being the top of the Syndicate Leaderboard.  Ka mau te wehi Tobias - Awesome!

If you have internet access at home I strongly suggest that you encourage your child to go to their mathletics account as the benefit's it has for their learning is huge.  Your child should be aiming for at least 1 silver certificate by the end of the holidays.
